Out of stock orders

Due to the high demand, we may occasionally run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you via email immediately.As our merchandise is ordered seasonally and in line with the most current trends, most pieces are ordered in limited quantity. Therefore, once merchandise is out of stock, it will not be restocked.

If an item is out of stock, salewe must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, you will receive a full refund and we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.

Do I get an order confirmation?

Upon placing an order with The Little Pear Shop, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘bulk’ or ‘junk’ folder and it should be there. Please contact us if you have any questions.

What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase? How do I return it?

We make every effort to select and sell products constructed of the highest-grade materials. We also keep up-to-date information on all our products so that you may make informed choices when purchasing from us. However, we understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind. We want your experience of shopping at Little Pear Shop to be a positive one.

Returns are acceptable for store credit or exchange only within 14 calendar days of receipt. Store credit will be for the original order amount of the product(s) less the shipping and sales tax fees of your original order.Items must be unworn, undamaged and have the tags on them. All the accessories, toys, swimwear, underwear, socks and tights are final sale. Additionally, all the final sale in the product description may not be returned.All sale or out-of-season items are fisales.Price adjustments can be done within 7 days of purchase date.

Do you pay for return shipping?

Little Pear Shop ships worldwide!We offer Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $150.

Our customers pay for shipping costs on returns. Returns are acceptable for store credit or exchange only within 14 calendar days of receipt. Store credit will be for the original order amount of the product(s) less the shipping and sales tax fees of your original order. Shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise.We also recommend that returns be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday ( excluding Canada federal holidays) will be processed the fallowing business day, and pending credit card verification will be shipped within three business days. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the fallowing business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, within three business of the day of processing.

Payment

We accept all of the following credit cards and form of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within Canada are subject to sales tax. The amount will be calculated based on the province to which the order is being shipped.

Newfoundland and New Brunswick are subject to 13% HST on all items.

The rest of the provinces are subject to 5% GST on clothing and their applicable provincial sales tax on decor, accessories or toys.

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.

Merchandise Currency

All prices and final amounts shown on the invoices will be in Canadian dollars. For accurate price conversions related to any online transactions placed on Coccolare, we recommend that customers contact their local banks and/or credit card companies.
